Support Caregivers
Hospice of St. Francis Reflections Lifestage Care offers a free national training program, support groups, and practical tools to help all family caregivers – past, present, and future. Caregiving at Life’s End is a series of six-90 minute sessions that equip caregivers to cope with change, loss, and life transitions. It is because of your support that we can educate caregivers on Compassionate Communication, the Spiritual Aspects of Caregiving, End-of-Life Care, and Making Important Decisions.
Caregiving at Life’s End and the Caregiver Education and Resource Program is free and open to all residents of Brevard County.
