Edward M. Poe Hospice Care Center in Titusville marks10th year

St. Francis Reflections Life Stage Care’s Edward M. Poe Care Center for Patients and Families is celebrating its 10th year. The inpatient hospice facility in Titusville, situated in a campus–like setting, is a key part of the North Brevard health–care community. The care center building includes a chapel, playroom for children, and a kitchenette for the families. The care center accepted its first patient in March 2014. Legacy Nonprofit Hospices Explore Affiliation

St. Francis Reflections and Treasure Coast Hospice Pursue Affiliation to Improve Patient-Centric Care (Titusville, Fla. Oct. 13, 2023) – Space Coast-based St. Francis Reflections Lifestage Care and Treasure Coast-based Treasure Coast Hospice announced today that the two organizations are exploring an affiliation.
