BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – At last week’s City of Palm Bay Regular Council meeting Mayor Rob Medina presented a proclamation honoring November 3 as St. Francis Reflections Lifestage Care ‘Reflections of Love Day’ in the City of Palm Bay.
