The DASH in Life 5K is open to all ages and will be held at the beautiful Brevard Veterans Memorial Center on Merritt Island. Following the race, awards will be presented, and a special pinning ceremony will be held to honor all Veterans in attendance.

“As a Foundation Board member and marathon runner, I am excited and honored to direct this race! Our course is flat and scenic, and we will have lots of raffle prizes to give away to participants” said Terry Ryan, Race Director.

St. Francis Reflections Foundation has partnered with the National Veterans Homeless Support (NVHS) for the DASH – Home Challenge!  Runners and walkers can sign up for both the DASH 5K on November 12th and the NVHS Home Stretch 5K on November 13th to receive a special challenge medal!

The DASH-Home Challenge will support ongoing special projects for the care of Veterans including palliative and hospice care, homeless Veteran housing, and homelessness prevention of at-risk Veteran families in Brevard County. Registration is required for both events individually to be eligible for this challenge. Spaces are limited and registration for this challenge will end on November 3rd!
