Join us November 12, 2022 in honoring Veterans with Devotion Admiration Service and Honor at the DASH in Life 5K benefiting the We Honor Veterans Program at St. Francis Reflections Lifestage Care. Together, we will ensure they feel the gratitude of our nation for their service.

The unique nature of those who serve in the military is paramount to St. Francis Reflections as we help each Veteran live out their own journey on the Sunset Road the best they can. This DASH honors those whose DASH has overlapped ours. You and your team can run in honor or memory of a Veteran. You can walk, run, march, skip and you can even spirit run the event.

Open to all ages and we will be held on November 12, 2022 at the beautiful Brevard Veterans Memorial Center on Merritt Island. Service animals are the only pets permitted. Strollers are welcome and we ask that they line up behind the runners.

Stay after the race to help celebrate the Veterans in attendance with a special pinning ceremony. Veterans- please indicate status on registration to be included in pinning.

Help even more Veterans by Join us for the DASH – Home Challenge!  Sign up and run both the DASH 5K on November 12th and the Home Stretch 5K on November 13th and receive an extra special challenge medal! You will be supporting both the ongoing special projects caring for Veterans thru Palliative and Hospice care, as well as homeless Veteran housing and homelessness prevention of at-risk Veteran families in Brevard County. You must sign up individually for each race. You will receive your special challenge medal with your Home Stretch 5K packet, along with recognition on each race day.
