Meditation & Self Care Presentation – Offered Online

This interactive session explores different types of meditation to help find one (or more!) that work best for you and your self-care. This session will include the latest research in emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and evidence-based meditation strategies. We will experiment with practices including breathing exercises, guided and moving meditation to help build your personal self-care toolkit.
Class will be taught by Lori Nathanson, Ph.D. Lori is a researcher, instructor and accomplished yogi. She has gained a wealth of experience from Duke University, University of Virginia and Yale University.
