ST. FRANCIS REFLECTIONS LIFESTAGE CARE FOUNDED ON PRINCIPLE OF NEIGHBORS HELPING NEIGHBORS
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Since 1977, St. Francis Reflections Lifestage Care has served as Brevard’s only independent, not-for-profit comfort care resource, helping patients and those they love during the most delicate times in their lives.
Founded on the principle of neighbors helping neighbors, St. Francis Reflections Lifestage Care offers a diverse range of compassionate care services including palliative care, pediatric palliative care, hospice, and grief support for all ages.
St. Francis’ care for children is a treasured aspect of its mission. The compassionate staff embraces the child who is in need of care and the child’s family.
St. Francis Reflections Lifestage Care is pleased to announce its partnership with Partners in Care: Together for Kids (PIC:TFK). St. Francis Reflections is the state’s only provider of choice for PIC:TFK in Brevard County.
St. Francis Reflections Lifestage Care provides specialized care for children in two distinct and supportive programs, St. Francis Reflections Children’s Palliative Care program and St. Francis NorthStar Child Grief Support program.
Pediatric Palliative Care services reflect a specialized program designed especially for children with complex illnesses.
Children receive palliative care services in the comfort of their own homes, often while also seeking curative treatments through specialty hospitals and clinics outside of Brevard County. We are pleased to offer this layer of support for children and families in need of comfort.
