It is an honor and privilege to introduce Heart of Hospice honoree, Wesley Norton.
Wes joined St. Francis Reflection almost 3 years ago and in that time, he has become an essential member of our Information Technology Team. Recently promoted to Systems Administrator, he has shown his skills and capabilities in everything the IT team handles.
Wes approaches his role not only with the depth of knowledge that is needed, but also exemplifies our core values in every interaction with all he does. He has a great approach to his role and his customer service to all staff members goes far beyond, just doing his job.
The IT department is known for having to deal with technical problems most of their days and often times when staff call, they are stressed with something not working correctly. Wes always has a smile in his voice and is always very patient and kind, willing help everyone step through whatever the issue is they are facing. Many times, he finds a way to leave people laughing when the issue is resolved.
He is instrumental in the onboarding of all new employees and he ensures that each person has a positive experience when it comes to technology and equipment. Remote working through the pandemic has provided many obstacles. Wes is an excellent problem solver and has gone above and beyond to ensure everyone has their needs met effortlessly.
Wesley embodies our mission to provide the best customer service for our staff at all times. As one person said, Wes is an unsung hero.
Please join us in congratulating Wesley Norton, 2022 Heart of Hospice Recipient.
