These words are frequently used to describe our staff at St. Francis Reflections Lifestage Care. We treasure these words in our hearts. Another phrase that we often hear from patients and families is, “You are our Angels.”
“You are our Angels” inspired the WINGS Recognition Program. WINGS was created to honor team members who make a lasting impact on our patients, their families, or other team members.
The first WINGS awards were bestowed at a recent All Staff meeting. An honored staff member shared, “Thank you for bringing attention to the many ways we uplift our patients, families, and each other. The idea of bestowing “Wings” is brilliant – I was so honored to be recognized along with several other teammates, and I am proudly wearing mine.”
The kind words of appreciation are priceless. As we experience the joys and challenges of daily life, WINGS serve as a visual reminder of the impact we get to make in the lives of others.
